If you're referring to this random one I've found by google that says it runs on the sony psp and its for LDs / OBE's (ahahahaha). You just use the internet browser and visit the site. If you've first enabled it's flash player (System > Enable flash player) then itll work. You need a wireless internet connection to both enable your flash player and load the page up initially.
