share your experiences as well!!!
I gotta agree with others: sexual stuff excites and tends to wake up those with little control. As for actually instituting a sexual experience in lucid dreams, I never had any trouble whatsoever. Just go up to someone and have a grab! Just strip off someone's shirt and have some fun. Though I may agree with steering clear of this behavior in the beginning, I see nothing morally wrong with sexual dreams. I've had "normal" sexual dreams all of my life, even before I lost my virginity. But if you have to ask "how" to have a sexual lucid dream, that can only mean you have little skill in lucid dreaming. Dude, every time I tried something sexual or sexually exciting - I woke up immediately. Even now, considering myself a sophomore dreamer, I avoid it. Or else it's bye-bye to lucidity.
The suggestion to lay off sex/masturbation is probably the best suggestion. I can't speak for women, but men almost always have "wet dreams" if they haven't used their male parts for a period of time. This is a normal natural occurrence, allowing the body to rid itself of "old" fluids and replace it with new. At least that's what they taught me in biology class. Men who have active sex lives probably never have them, or someone who regularly takes care of it themselves. Total abstinence can build up hormones as well.
And for those who's lucidity has become spoiled in a never-ending search for sex within dreams... I went through that stage early on. But it was a direct reflection of my life at the time. I ain't afraid to admit it. I've had droughts in my love life, dammit! Eventually my desire for longer-lasting lucidity overcame the need for stuff like that. It wasn't working anyway. I immediately began to have greater results once I made a positive decision to simply control my urges. Though it may not prove true in the real world, I find running in a green field while lucid beats running naked through a field chasing some chick. At least with my clothes on the dream lasts longer, builds better memories.
Bottom line: work harder on keeping things simple, enjoy the freedom of lucid dreams, view the world through different eyes. That can be an incredible experience, one that lasts for days afterwards. I can still remember letting dark pebbles fall from my hand while standing beneath some strange street light in an empty avenue at night. Stuff like that can stick in your mind for eternity. Once you become a master - then maybe you can tackle the heavy stuff. Peace!
