First step is to keep a dream journal right by your bed. Every time you wake up as soon as you wake up right down everything about the dream you can remember. Do that for a while, but since you already have good recall you may get to the next step a little quicker. Once you are confident in recall, start doing reality checks. (There are tutorials all over the sight if you are a little unsure how to do a good one.) If you consistently do RCs in rela life it should transfer over to dream life and you should be able to initiate good DILDS. |
