      a few questions on LDing

I've been lurking on this forum for a couple months now, and i've come to the conclusion that i'm most likely a natural- i've been LDing since i was a kid every 2-3 nights with good control.

However, this seems to hsve seriously changed in the last three weeks or so. Now if i even try to control a dream at all it immediately begins going wrong. I'll wake up screaming from torture or wracked with pain from falling from a great height. Lately every dream i've remembered has been a nightmare of some kind, which worries me, because it would seem to me that my life is at a point where i would not fear anything enough for nightmares to form in my subconcious.

*sighs* It's gotten to the point now where I can't even tell what i've dreampt unless it's a nightmare. I miss being able to fly.

      Any suggestions?

Here is a thought. For the next month or so, whenever you are lucid, do not try to control anything.

Instead, search for answers. You might try asking some people you meet, you might try just sitting down in your lucid dream and asking "Why"

      Good luck!
