Question Getting out of spectator-mode in a dream?

OK, well I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem:

You are sort of observing your dreams, not you walking around running away from the big bad monster person thing.

If you have, has anyone ever been able to just kind of... flip between the 2? That is what most of my lucid dreams are, and I would like to know how to somehow make it so I can walk around instead of spectate.

That's not something easy to search for. The searches are pretty broad on a topic like that.

Yeah, I agree with Tweek, but after a bit of searching in a lot of posts it said to rub your hands together. I haven't gotten a chance to test this, but I hope I will soon!

I have this problem too. In fact, I had a dream like that last night. It could be a clarity problem, meaning that maybe the dream is not vivid enough. If indeed your dreams ARE vivid and your still in spectator mode, you should probably rub your hands together! that's what i've been told. Aparrently it works!

maybe, but you still get exposed to a lot of the views of members on the topics, rather than starting yet another thread. If there aren't any good answers on other threads, chances are you'll get the same result by creating another. Unfortunately

I've had that feeling in non-lucid dreams, but I've only experienced it like 3-5 times.
Willing to talk about/listen to anything you have to say.
