I just had my first lucid dream, but I couldn't control much. I could severely distort a corner of my room (It changed shape and colour), but that was about it. I tried to fly, but ended up just standing with my arms above me. I was wondering if anyone could set some goals for me to do in my dreams so I could get some more control?
summon a dream character and ask it a question...or your so called dream guide....just picture a door and imagine him/her/it behind and ask it a question. If it answers something random its just a dream character...if its a DG it will give you an enlightening answer or at least thats what i read a while ago
Check out my DJ opening post for my dream goals...also there's a wonderful thread with tasks of the month. Just go back and look thru em! May give you some ideas...
