      Dream Hopping?

There's been times where I become lucid in a dream, and then it kicks me out and places me into another dream. After that, I see detailed images of places, and people. Then it repeats, and tosses me into another dream, and yet again, I get kicked out. It's till the point where I end up wanting to just wake up. End up false awakening, then finally wake up.

My question is, how can I stop it from doing that? I don't get excited, I am calm. It's just the fact of telling myself that I'm dreaming, it pushes me out.

This sounds like a mental block to me. There is obviously a part of your mind that either doesn't believe that LDing is possible, or is afraid of it, or doesn't want you to do it for whatever reason.

The best way to get over this problem is to counteract this belief or attitude. If you can, figure out what thought or emotion is getting in the way. Even if you can't figure it out, start telling yourself multiple times a day that LDing is good, safe, fun, exciting, that you deserve to explore it, etc. Imagine the feeling of a long, successful LD. Focus on that success. Try to act and think as if you are already having long LDs.

I never thought about that. I'll start telling myself that everyday, and see what happens. Maybe it is a mental block. I cannot think what it could be. I'll see if I can figure it out. I became lucid twice just this week, and it happened again on both. So, I'll try this out. I'll keep telling positive things about lucids.
