      how do dreamers change their dream bodies...what are the best methods...thanks

      I usually 'find' the person, or thing, and then step into him/her/it.
      If there is no spoon, you don't get any oatmeal.

      I guess, but I don't really think of it that way. I simply accept that I can enter them and that I will be them. Nothing forceful.

      When I attemp transformation I move my hand towards the spot
      I wish to morph while expecting it to be different. when I touch it it usually is what I expected it to be.

      Total lucids: 22 DILD(20) DEILD(1) semi lucid (6) objectives: attain perfect clarity [X] Grow a controllable tail [3/5] Fly[X] waterbend[ ] meet my dream guide[ ] change dreamscape[ ] perform a perfect Kamehameha wave[1/2] become my fursona [ ]

      Best methods, who knows.
      How I do it, just think of energy going trough the body and making it change, either that or just using magick (easy way lol)
