how do dreamers change their dream bodies...what are the best methods...thanks:D

I usually 'find' the person, or thing, and then step into him/her/it.

ok...how do u attmept to step into them...like possession?

I guess, but I don't really think of it that way. I simply accept that I can enter them and that I will be them. Nothing forceful.

When I attemp transformation I move my hand towards the spot
I wish to morph while expecting it to be different. when I touch it it usually is what I expected it to be.

Best methods, who knows.
How I do it, just think of energy going trough the body and making it change, either that or just using magick (easy way lol)
