      ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

In violence dreams I just end up being weak or powerless
Example: My punches and kicks are weak and feels like your punching in water
Reason why I think: I put too much anger and power that it messes up the dream....

Is being powerless a good thing? since DCs might think your not a threat

I wouldn't promote it unless its within the hero role or 'hey, lets act out my favorite video game.'

Other than that I don't believe its mentally healthy.

With violence in dreams I have to agree with the Hero or video game roles. Or maybe you just feel like being part of the storyline of your favorite movie, although personally I would not advocate becoming part of the storyline if you happen to be a huge saw fan or the like... I myself like to make zombies, or skeletons or the classic bandits and other enemies from role playing games, or just sparring with a DC. I tend not to be very violent in my dreams though, I prefer talking to DCs as though they were not a part of me to hear what they say. But all in all I suppose it's personal preference, your dreams your choice.

Actually, last night I set up a WILD and ended up having some bad thoughts during the lucid and having a number of close family/friends trying to kill me in the LD even though I was controlling the majority of what happened it seemed like I couldn't alter the overall theme of the dream . Had to end up sawing off someone's leg and it was hanging by a flap of skin and stabbing numerous close people since they wouldn't stop attacking me lol.

I don't notice it transferring over to real life since I have alot of violent ones (usually intentional; kind of started to even enjoy nightmares on occasion like a realistic scary movie since I know I can generally choose the outcome). I'm really kind irl so I don't really care about people with ideas like that.

Generally, the LD will start unintentionally due to accident integration of a bad thought but I always alter it into my own liking.
This entire reality is SELF REFLECTION. You reflect your essence and project it onto the universe.

The only time I have had any type of violence when actually lucid was when I became lucid during a dream ware I was chasing a random monster through the woods at night with the AK I have in real life (semi auto fully legal in the US) I became lucid and decided it was a cool scenario and I would just go with it. Feeling the recoil and hearing the sound of my familiar rifle so exact in a dream was pretty cool (this was the first time I didnt change a dream the second I became lucid)

      This is a real experience.

I used to have a lot of sex in my LDs, and that was the main thing I used my control-ability for. I would know it was okay, because it was a dream. In real life, I hate sex due in part to childhood abuse. Anyhow, I got wasted drunk at a party, blacked out, and came out of my blackout while being pulled into a bedroom. I actually thought I was dreaming, because at first I couldn't see anything, and when I became "conscious" I was in a situation I would only find myself in while dreaming. Anyhow, I started to go with it because I was so convinced I was dreaming, and by the time I figured out it was real, I could barely get the guy off me, but I did, and narrowly avoided being raped. I say rape because once I knew it was real, I said no, no, NO! and literally had to shove him off me (he was wasted also).

The point is, you could possibly find yourself in a drunken haze, confusing dream with reality, and maybe you'd end up killing someone. It's not probable, but it IS possible. Then again, if you are not a dangerously unpredictable alcoholic like I am, and if you don't use your dreams chiefly as a vehicle to live out things you can't in real life like I do, then I would say don't even trip.
