Hello. =]
It's a boundry thats doesn't actually exist, its all in your mind. You have to know that these things wont happen, and then they wont. |

I sabatoge myself all the time. My fears are way more likely to materialize than my desires. I've found that when that happens, I just change it back and try again. That is, if I don't lose lucidity first. |
|
I had a lucid dream like this a few weeks ago where I started questioning what if I see something scarey? Unfortunantly something that I would be scared of in real life(an alien) did appear but I wasnt the least bit scared in my dream, infact I had a conversation with it. |

I used to have this problem. I summoned a couple of scary things. Especially in my very first lucid, that one was probably the worst. I've learned since then to just remain positive. I know what to do in case something scary does happen, I know how to manipulate the dream. And I also know that I should always go into a lucid dream highly motivated and with dream goals that I am really excited about. This way, those thoughts rarely cross my mind and when they do, I simply dismiss them and focus on whatever my exciting goal is. During the day, try to cultivate the idea of "even if something happens that frightens me, it's just a dream so I should relax". Maybe even build it into your reality checking and dream journaling? Go through your DJ, try to take past dreams and make up scenarios where something scary happened, and how you defused the situation. Maybe even come up with a plan, then intentionally summon something scary just to deal with it? |

See them all the way through. |
