Lightheaded and Dizzy when Luciding

I've been able to DILD A few times recently but found that I eventually became lightheaded and Dizzy. Just this morning I was playing a game where you had to throw a ball to a partner and I had trouble throwing the ball back from it. I've been told that I've got low blood-pressure but I wasn't thinking that It could affect my Dreams either, if that might be what it is.
Anyone else Experiencing this?

Drink more water.

We are talking about dreams, right? Nothing physical effects your dreams. Even if you were say deaf, you could still hear in dreams.

I get that when I got my first INSANELY VIVID lucid dream. It felt like I was super heavy and spinning.

My blood pressure is pretty low, around 90 over 60, and I usually faint or completely lose my vision and totter around trying not to faint if I stand up too quickly. But I don't believe this has never had such an effect on my dreams, lucid or non lucid. I do not recall ever having such feelings.

Is it possible that this was simply disorientation, since they were some early lucids?

I get the exact same thing. I have been told by Howie that it's because of low blood pressure when I told him... How do you get your blood pressure to higher?

[EDIT] I like the fainting sensation anyways...

:shock: I like having low blood pressure. Mine is not too low, and it's unhealthy to have high blood pressure. If I just remember not to jump up out of a chair or bed I am fine. I will be very content if it stays exactly where it is for the rest of my life :tongue:

Is there anything as a normal blood pressure? Is the the low blood pressure that we have healthy? Or just not unhealthy?

Thank you, this was interresting. So since we live well with this we have lower rates of cardiovascular disease events than people with normal arterial pressures? That's good to know! :)
