Depends. What did you have in mind besides sex? General consensus says that whatever you expect to happen and focus on happening is going to happen. For something like an orgasm during sex, if you are a virgin, well it depends and there are no strict answers yet. You may naturally simulate an orgasm from some inherent knowledge of what an orgasm is supposed to feel like or the actual chemical and mechanical reactions. If you have masturbated, that will probably be the model for what it feels like in your dreams.

Some guy I know told me that some "memories" and Instincts are stored in your DNA, including the feeling of sex... If you would be left on an island with one member of the opposite sex, and neither of you would've ever heard of sex, naturaly you'd get to it, because its in your DNA and instincts.

So, this guy said that even though you never had sex, You will feel pretty much simmilar to it, and like Shift said, if you masturbated you can reach... "high level of details". Of course that once you had real sex than dream-sex will be the same.

Your mind is composed of tiny little memories and feelings, thoughts, calculations that are called schemata. (There are other parameters of schemata, those are a few.) Some people have never skydived, however if they were to do so in a dream, your subconscious would take what your mind knows about gravity, what it feels like to fall from something, what the wind must feel like, what the ground must look like from an arial view, and thousands of other tiny random experiences. Your mind will piece those schemata together and very accurately simulate the experience.
