teleporting and flying

Hi! i wanted to ask how someone would teleport and fly in a lucid because in my last lucid i couldnt really do anything so i want to try and train on these powers but first i need to know, how do i use them. if you have an example of how you do these thins it may help me next time.

I would always start out small until you get the hang of things and not wake up your mind. Like make a teleporter or a giant bird to fly on. Then you can make your way to floating and boom fly.

This is a frequently asked question, and you would benifit from searching the forum for some wider ranged responses. Techniques for things such as flying and teleporting greatly very from person to person, because everyone's mind works differently. Most of the time, you need a way to blank out where you are in order to create a new scene, and thus "teleport". For example, my favourite easy technique for teleportation is walking through a wall, and expecting to see your destination when you finish passing through the wall. As with any aspect of dream control, you must truly believe that what you are doing will work, and FULLY expect your intended result. Another method of teleporting is to spin around in your dream and expect that your destination will be before you when you stop spinning. Flying is a challenge, because it really depends on how your mind works. For me, it's really just easiest to crouch down, and jump as hard as I can, and I start flying. Other people find it helpful to imagine a jetpack behind them, turn around and pick it up, and put it on to start flying. Again, I recommend that you search the forum for techniques on flying especially. They are posted everywhere.

to fly, try swimming through the air (for starters anyway). that usually works. i dont about teleporting though. you're on your own there.

My flying ability is limited but I can get airborne by jumping into the air with my arms above my head just like superman. You might also try that.

Flying for me is too easy. I just think of "hey, lets fly" and immediately I shoot into the sky... I don't need to direct or control anything, my mind seem to do this all for me and I can enjoy the wind and the high G turns (which makes me enjoy it so much) I haven't tried this but I believe that if you expect teleportation to work in some way and than attempt it, as long as you really believe and expect it to happen, It will. This means you can try walk through walls, spin, or make up your own technique.

Use your will to make things happen in the dreamworld. Want to fly? Great, will going up off the ground, and in any direction you want. Want to teleport? Great, imagine yourself blink from one dream scene to the next. If those don't work, try to use examples in entertainment. Superman and Nightcrawler are good examples for their respective abilities. Though it all personally depends on what kind of style you want your powers to have.

LOL!! I'm loving this place... I haven't had to many LD or OBE's even though I've been trying for years!, I guess I just need a little more focus, but anyways... the few experiences I've had, Had been AWESOME!! and I'm so happy to know I'm not alone!!!!! To hear everyones stories is so cool!, FINALLY a place where i'm not considered crazy! *tear* Enough with corny stuff... I've Never been able to teleport, I think about it but, I guess my mind is just too freakin stubborn!!!! >:-( but hey, that crossing thru a wall thing and expecting to be somewhere else??... hmmmm, it just might work.... Flying thing is way easier for me... that swiming advice is exactly what its like... just pretend you're swiming, once you do it the first time, you won't have much problem do it again....
