      Dream control and duraction

Hey, I've had 14 LD's so far, and each one is better, I learn something new (last time I learnt that if I feel my body in my bed, it means Its a false awakening and I should go for it, because I'll be more lucid), but I still can't get my dreams vivid or long. The longest lasted for maybe 30 seconds, and even when I'm shouting "clarity now!" or trying to spin around myself (though I didn't really spin, I was false awaking so I felt Its stupid to spin in my bed) nothing happens, and something distracts my attention, and I lose lucidity.

Do you have any tips to really become vivid?

I would also like to know how long (how many LD's) it took some of the more advanced LDers here untill their LD's became long enough to actually do something.

In all the LD's I've had, I wasted the little time I had on trying to stabilize it. I've flown for twice, seems like flying is easy for me, but it just doesn't seem right.

well my 1st LD i was just jumping around my room, pretty much flying about it, then i went to go out my window and i woke up from exitement.
my 2nd LD was a long one, i was able to do so much stuff, i went flying around my hometown, then came back home, then turned to spiderman, then swung about a city, and then it was time for me to wake up.

so to answer your question, my second lucid dream was long enough to do stuff.
most people are the same, because they learn thier lesson from being too exited in their first, so your nezxt one, just remember to calm yourself down.

I'm pretty calm, it's just that I so easily forget I'm lucid, for example, I'm lucid, I leave a room, I see someone, I think about this guy and the moment I do I forget I'm lucid and my focus turns to him. Its like I can only focus on one thing at a time or something... any tips?

well to be honest, if you just focus as much as you can on staying lucid, keep reminding yourself you are in a dream, and if someone comes up to you who you dont want to, just make them go away, remember you CAN do that, its your dream.

I just spam the RC's and focus on an object, feel it, see the patern of it, etc.

This entire reality is SELF REFLECTION. You reflect your essence and project it onto the universe.
"Most conversations are just monologues with witnesses."
"Life represents the movement of knowledge across the spectrum of consciousness."
