Angry Flying causes me to lose stability in my dreams.

Everytime I have a lucid dream the only thing I can think of doing is flying, fortunantly this is easy for me to do, but once I take off I cant seem to get back on the ground. Eventually I become frustrated and the dream starts to fade.

I have the exact same problem.

My first lucid, I didn't know what to do with myself, so I flew myself up into the air.. but it felt like I had so much power and control, it wigged me out and my dream faded.

I think the best idea is to have a plan of what you want to do when you become lucid before you go to sleep. That way, you won't freak out.

Try thinking of talking to someone, or doing some other kind of activity.

Or something crazy like flying, only different. Shooting energy balls perhaps?

      Are you a Dreamer?

Well, if you can't land in your dream, just imagine yourself flying to the ground. If you're spontaneously floating in the air, switch to some rocket boosters on your feet. Aim for the ground, and voila, you're in there.
