First of all with telekinesis, i had my first experience with it in a lucid this morning. Here's what happend, i was on some street and 3 guys went into some bar and started fighting, i was looking inside then i closed it and stepped back. I used telekinesis to lock the door. Here's what i did to use that power, i concentrated on the door, thought about closing the lock and it worked. So with telekinesis, it you want to move an object, maybe just concentrate on the object, and think about moving it. Now, i think that dreams come from your thoughts, that's why when people think about doing things like flying or something, it works for them, same with summoning. So for flying same thing, you might want to think about it and then jump. Hopefully it'll work for you, because jumping in order to fly for some people doesn't work. So basically, if you want to try to use a power, think about it. Using thought, to control things in dreams, work very well for some people, i hope it works well for you.

In my most recent lucid dream I had trouble flying, even though I'm usually very good at it So there's what I did: I imagined that I was sitting on something(a chair... Whatever!) and that that thing could fly and that I could control it. after a while I got bored and decided to fly on my own. It reminds me of how you can float in a pool holding something that can float and then letting go and swimming by yourself XD So I started flying (I flied really low, but that doesn't really matter) super man style XD
About telekinesis I don't really know - I once made a pen and my dream journal fly to me, but I haven't been anything else

Flying has always been a power of mine. How fast and easy you fly depends on how lucid you are, and how much you believe you can do it. When I'm pretty lucid I can just leap off the ground and start flying.

However when I'm not so lucid, here's what I do:

-You find an open area with minimal distractions.
-You focus on one point in the sky (not too far at first, start off like at least 30ft, but less than 300ft)
-You focus on that point and relax as you gently place your arms your sides
-Focus on the point, and intend to go towards it like a magnet
-Slowly lift yourself to you tippy toes as you feel your body becoming light and being levitated to that point

-When you get close to the point, focus on another point and try to levitate to that (remember to levitate with speed)
-Keep making more focus points until you have gathered enough speed to just fly towards where you face
      -Then Ta-Da! you just flew
      - I believe this technique is called "zooming"

When you get better, you should be able to get in the air in 3 seconds. This is a useful technique when you are being chased by something, or just want to go somewhere else, Fast

Oh yea, as you get faster you can make your focus points further away

I tried this, but it didn't work. Unfortunately, I forgot the whole, find an open area with minimal distractions part. I was in the middle of a friggin gymnasium!

Hmm.. flying inside a building is possible, but you should try it outside for starters because it's a lot easier..

Have you ever glided before? You could use a glide to start your flight too. You just have to find a building (the taller the better) and jump off and span your arms out, just focus on gliding over things and going forward; you should be able to glide.

Before you get to close to the ground you should try the zooming technique. And that should get you flying. I remember before i knew how to fly, i used to glide so yea, i hope this helps

Can not really help with flying (I just fly ), but here is a tip about telekinesis: try to feel that object which you want to move is a part of your body.

      Well,
On flying : nothing to be honest, just imagine and believe that you can.
And telekenisis: Gosh I must o done thing loads of times.

The thing for telekenisis is that you have to imagine and believe that
the object is coming to you, imagine it floating to you briefly, and
eventually you'll get the hang out of it and it will come to you.

This is how I mastered telekinesis (more or less): visualize something like a tentacle of energy flowing from your body and physically "touching" the object you want to move. Then grab it and move it as if you were using your own hands.

At first I tried to move things just by pure force of will, but never got it. I suppose you have to do things in a way that your subconscious feels reasonable. Also, at first try with small objects for the same reason (you are conditioned to believe they'll be easier to move).

      Hope this helps.
