how to NOT have lucid sex

there seem to be a lot of threads about how to have lucid sex, but this is the one thing that is really disrupting my attempts to prolong a dream. here's what has happened in the majority of my LDs: i realize i'm dreaming i try to stabilize the dream i see a cute girl and the next thing i know i'm inside of her and then i wake up. so this seems to be an obstacle for me in having some more substance in my dreams and making them last longer. it's like a primitive part of my psyche kicks in every time and ruins it. my main goal is really just to be able to explore my surroundings without being distracted like i have been. advice, please?
