      LD length

It's been a while since I've been here, but I'm back now for some advice. So here's a little bit about me since I've been gone as far as LD'ing. I'm not a natural, but LD'ing has gotten pretty easy for me to the point where RC's are unnecessary to make sure I'm dreaming. I can just tell instantly and from there I go, so all of them are DILD's. On a good week I have 1 every day, and a bad one maybe just 1 or 2. My problem is this, though I have many LD's, none of them last as long as I'd like them to. Techniques I use to lengthen the dream are just hand rubbing and licking the roof of my mouth. I've tried spinning and it had the opposite effect so don't list that one. I'd like to know what you guys use, what works or doesn't work.
Do not try and bend the spoon. That's impossible. Instead...only try to realize the truth. There is no spoon. Then you'll see, that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.

I focus on something asap, pick it up, feel it. Just put all your attention on that object.
