      Wierd Eye tingly feeling

Alright, I've been on DV since 07 but i took a very long Hiatus on lucid dreaming in general after it wouldn't work for me. I've just beeen getting back into it but I'm having a little troble. Here's what happens, I start counting in my head and telling myslef I'm very tired. Then, I can make out shapes moving around behind my eyelids. this goes on and my eyes start to feel weird and tingly then my eyes very very slowly start to open. i've achieved one lucid dream however. I'd really appreciate any suggestions on what I could do to possibly overcome this odd feeling soI can free myself from the bonds of reality. Thanks!

I sometimes get that "blue thing" too. Sometimes (not often anymore) when I'm awake. Just when I'm bored and paying attention to what is in my eyelids (trying to fall asleep)
If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.
