i can move my hands easily , also my head , i can feel the rest of my body ,
but its like someone locking u to bed ,
i tried to imagine myself walking , didn't work
please i need some help , i mean this is so real , and the last one , i heard a
conversation going on outside my room ,damn i was so interested in going out
and see who was talking , anyway i would love to listen to any solutions ,
      thanks

Say to yourself (once you know you are dreaming)

"I am now in a dream, the state of my real body no longer matters" Or something to that effect. BELIEVE you will move when you leave the bed.
On LD hiatus. Probably will start again around new years.

Or, you know -- randomly throughout this year and next.

Hmm.... It could be that you are in WL but think you are dreaming. It sounds like sleep paralysis to me. You could have remained conscious while you body shut down (the goal of WILD), but instead of entering a dream, opened your eyes. Just an idea...

      Dream on...

      I was having similar thoughts.

However if this really is a dream perhaps you could start using visualization techniques in your future WILD attempts, that would eliminate your problem(climbing up stairs, climbing down a rope, running, etc.).

If I get in binds in my lucid dreams, IE: Stuck in a hole, squashed between two people, etc. I just relax and then "walk"
if you can read this then you are about to be punched

Try laying back for a few seconds before you try to get up.

      Seems like that's Sleep Paralysis,
Which are annoyingly common for me.

Stay in that state, close your eyes, visualize something else,
You can get through that stage into the WILD :0

The two times I had a WILD, I went through paralysis before entering the LD.
