This is so much fun to do by yourself or if you get people with you. Ok, so get a horde of zombies after you when you are in a small place and have a tommy gun with infinat ammo. It is SO much fun. BOOM, headshot, BOOM, headshot.
Then get a sword *grin*
Maybe that is why my thread on a list of fun stuff to do while lucid was deleted......
Lots of people have come up with that, it's a fun idea, but huge battles are hard for the brain to create and hold onto.

Some people on this forum including me believe that Lucid dreaming is more important than it seems and that the few things that shouldn't be done are Sex, Murder "killing", And anything Unethical in waking life.
It really all comes down too how much inner respect you have for yourself and the things around you. That is true control.
first off, I never told people you MUST do this Shift, this is just a suggestion for if you want something new to do, and ninja, i've have no trouble doing it, but that is good to know for the future if i want to post this again so thank you. Ghost, this is not how i spend all of my lucids, i've done many things with the ones ive had, i just wanted something to do that I would injoy that night, PLUS, i had quite a bad day that day so i needed to blow off steam in the dream and not in real life.

Also Shift, i NEVER once in this forum belittled someone, now you are belittling me, there are probably people doing that right now and you are atttackeing me for making a SUGGESTION, not telling people to do this or else, not once did i say that. I wouldn't do that, people can think for themselves and they know that if they don't want to do it, they dont have to, it their choice, im not making them do it.
Ghost, you are right in saying about the anger, like i said, i had a VERY bad day that day and i just always bottle it up for something like this, its better to do it in a dream that in the waking world when people REALLY get hurt and then what will I do. I respect myself and my surroundings more than enough to know that I have control over myself to hold myself back when in my world there ware so many people that can't, and I take pride in that. So if you guys want to rail agains't me for making a suggestion if you want to blow some steam of that can't be blown off any other way then go ahead, I don't care.

No need to get heated, Ghost, Seek, no-one means any harm to the other. Stay cool. You don't need to be degraded to insulting each other.
I've heard of lots of people trying this, and it has been mentioned once or twice in our extensive list of things to do whilst lucid.
I don't have a problem with you mate, I was just letting of steam with the killing zombies thing, I have seen so many "Guys kill zombies its so awsome i can see there brain splatter and blood go everywhere it was so awsome" Threads it annoyed me, Since why would you want to cause something else pain? I dont get why people like to kill things when they can do so much else. The repressed anger thing makes sence in this situation but still i just cant stand people with inner conflict like that when theres so much else they are missing.Quote:

about the topic, i wasnt going to say anything, but it seems you've made this quite hostile. firstly, your views are personal. You can obviously share them as I do and everyone else does, but why try to reinforce them? Just because some people here are strong religious/ethical believers like yourself, doesnt mean you have to tell us what is right and wrong to do in our own mind. Dreams are just thoughts. If we were killing people or hurting people for real, i would understand your attempt to stop it. what we do in our own minds should be the last thing anyone has the right to take over.
another thing, killing for the sake of killing is not a mental illness. even if you have some sort of degree that shows you are some sort of specialist in this area would still not backup this rediculous statement when it comes to the current context - dreaming. When we kill in video games, or in our dreams, or when we enjoy watching it in films, it is not the actual act of ending someones life and inflicting pain on another being which amuses us, it is the package that comes with it. A lot, in fact most people would agree with this. Whats wrong with sex in your dreams? I wont even explain, its basically the same for the killing. No one is actually getting hurt.

we are talking about perception here. yes, i perceive hurting someone in real life and in a dream the same way. however others do not feel the pain when it occurs in my dream. you could go all philosophical on me and find a way around it, but it would be pointless, because the fact remains the same. hurting people in my dreams does not actually hurt anyone. i said pm me if you have any concerns, i dont want to look like an idiot by continuing this argument but i also want u to understand people can do what they want in their dreams.

guys, guys, please calm down, this is a thread for the sharing of ones experences with zombies, please don't fight. But no-name, i know what you mean. I've had ones that were like that, its wierd. Hey, I got something for you guys. Since I told you something that I thought was enjoyable, why don't you guys share with me your ideas of a nice lucid dream.
Back when I had trouble moving in my dreams, I had a false awakening in which I couldn't move, lying on my bed. I had sensed a zombie, and subsequently saw one from the corner of my eye. After a few minutes of trying to resist it, keeping it at bay with my mental mind, I finally submitted, realizing it couldn't do any harm. My only zombie dream consisted of me paralyzed on my bed with a zombie gnawing on my skull.
I don't have dreams with zombies :)
lucky, they can be quite the stressful little dead-things. :P

This is a bit silly to be honest lol. Unless someone can prove that the zombie in their dreams is in fact a real person living in another part of the world.
Who knows? Maybe there's a zombie out there that had his first shared-dreaming experience and you killed him :shock:

Actually that's pretty close to what happened. I Just ran upstairs out a window and kinda teleported out of that dream into another where i was on this huge green lawn with nice grass smell where it was sunny and peaceful and just lied down there for a while before the dream ended.Quote:

I once had a dream about Left4Dead, but there weren't all that many zombies in sight as there were in the game... I'm no good with large amounts of 'living' objects :P
Well, the whole point of a Lucid dream is what? do things you normally couldn't do inside of our reality. Who's to say someone is mentally ill because they want to exploit there primal urge for domination? as for sex, it really doesn't matter as it is difficult for the brain to not get excited and cause a wake up. And isn't it better to do all of these things inside a fake reality where there are no consequences than in here where you will go to jail? It's all personal ethics, you can't just say You're bad becuase you want to kill people in your dreams. If someone kills a person in a video game, it's the same principles.Quote:

It's not some kind of spiritual world or another dimension or any of that other crap that other people spread around like the bummy icing on a really shitty cake, it's merely a product of your imagination, and therefore it is up to every indivual to do what they want in their dreams.
