can't move!
hello.
i've posted a few times before, but i'm still having the same problem. i hav no problem gettin to the SP stage through wild, or i even tried the finger one i read about just before and that worked like clock work, moved my fingers back and forth for about 10 seconds and bam i started hearing voices. but i can't seem to push through this stage, i mean i struggle to open my eyes, i struggle to move my body, i lay back and try to focus my mind on moving, sometimes i can even get someone to open my bedroom door but i never see who it is as i either slip into another non-lucid dream or wake up and repeat the process!
any advice?
also sometimes i get some unpleasant feelings in SP. i'm quite used to the sounds and voices and any hallucinations now, altho i'll admit the scared the sh*t out of me the first time! but today i kept getting this wierd pain in my shoulder, like someone was squeezing it too hard. it's a little hard to push through. also once i'm not sure if i was in SP or lucid dream (either way i was still in my bed and couldn't move) but i opened my eyes and i was having some amazing, colourful hallucinations, but i felt like someone was poking me just under the eyeball at the bottom of the eye socket, pretty hard too! i couldn't handle it and had to bail out unfortunately.
does anyone else experience anything like this?

The unablity to move your body is because of Sleep Paralysis. Any hallucinations you get are either from Hypnagogia(falling asleep) or Hypnopomic(waking up) states of mind.
All of this sounds like hallucinations to me. You can hear and feel hallucinations. All these sights and feelings you get just sound like hallucinations to me. Some people experience some really messed up stuff when hallucinating, but I don't really get anything.

yeah but how do you push past that point?

You just have to stay focused on it. If you're in sleep paralysis, there's a pretty high chance you're already in a dream. Just focus on "rising up" out of your body, or try to roll out of the bed.
