      DCs kill my lucidity

      Hi all.
I have been getting more and more LDs in the last weeks due to doing WBTB and lots of reality checks, but I still have one big problem.

Everytime I get in contact with people in my lucid dreams, talking to them or doing whatever, I instantly lose my lucidity and it turns into a non-lucid dream.

Anyone familiar with this? Do you know some tricks or workarounds for this?

I really love my lucidity and could probably avoid people in general, but I think it could become a little boring if I get to a point where I am 'scared' to talk to someone for fear of losing my lucid state.

Maybe you are loosing lucidity when you see them because you think that they will kill your lucidity when you see them.Next time try to think that next time you see them they will make you LD more vivid.

You probably become to involved into what they are doing making you forget your lucid

if i meet a person with authority (e.g. police person) ill stop and listen and help if needed completly forgetting im in a dream. its easily done it only takes a split second.

also hapens if i get a guilt pang from stealing someones car.

try calling them first theyre very sujestable , say something silly like "hello im from the fraud squad may i have your clothes and wallet please" something so stupid it keeps you lucid.

that may help later on if you get good you can go "merrr" and the point goes acros instantly , getting you want ou want. fun times

      HAHA.
I really like the idea of talking some shit to them so the conversation gets all weird, that should make it easier to stay lucid than a 'normal' conversation.

      I will definitely try this!

      Any other tips?

      Not realy

dont become to focussed on dream people theyre just as important as the background.

if you become to focussed your brain will wake up.

And just have fun i gave a daisy to the postman this morning realy cheared him up (in a dream lol)

Try controlling them. Try to command them to go to places, do things, etc, and try to change them, like changing their hair color, clothes, teleport them to places, etc... If you attain great control over your DCs they wont control you in any meaning.
