Arrow think to move or try body reactions?

i have just started out lucid dreaming and i have a main question:
when i start my dream, i stand still and dont know how to move! thats why im asking if i should think that i should walk that way or is it some body reactions?

another question:when i dream, i have difficult skills on knowing i am dreaming, when i se something in a dream that NEVER happens in real-life, i just get frustrated and the dream ends(thats why i need some tips on knowing im dreaming and how to stay lucid longer)

      please help! thanks anyways
please post quick before i go to bed! it is 2 hours left!

How many times did that happen? It's only a problem is it happens all the time, if it happened once or even twice, it's nothing, wait for the next LD. There are problems sometimes that are difficult to deal with, especially if you're a beginner, but fortunately they're not usually self-repeating! Don't panic If you can't move again, try to scream loudly "I can move!" and check if you can move now or not. Such things usually work well.

If you mean that wake up due to excitement, then it should end in a while once you get used to your ability to become lucid. I can't really help you with it, it happened to me too rarely and I did nothing about it, but there are many topics here that deal with waking up due to excitement, search the forum to read them.

One thing that helps me stay lucid is when you realize it's a dream, DON'T move your body. Chances are you can distantly recognize where your arms and legs are but if you move them you will wake up and be frustrated.

This is only true if you believe it. You've associated moving your body as soon as you're lucid with waking up. That's not a good thing.

Also, warning others against it as if it were fact is bad, as well, because people who are newer might start to make the same associations you've made. This is because they don't have much of their own experience to go on.

I'm not saying you shouldn't share your experiences. You should just try to be aware that something that is true for you most likely won't be true for everyone else.

On top of that, your advice is, in actuality, counterproductive. Just sayin'.
