How many times did that happen? It's only a problem is it happens all the time, if it happened once or even twice, it's nothing, wait for the next LD. There are problems sometimes that are difficult to deal with, especially if you're a beginner, but fortunately they're not usually self-repeating! Don't panic If you can't move again, try to scream loudly "I can move!" and check if you can move now or not. Such things usually work well. |

One thing that helps me stay lucid is when you realize it's a dream, DON'T move your body. Chances are you can distantly recognize where your arms and legs are but if you move them you will wake up and be frustrated. |

now it works better than ever, thanks!! |

This is only true if you believe it. You've associated moving your body as soon as you're lucid with waking up. That's not a good thing. |
