Hey, Denny. Yeah, I've had this happen more than once. The more I think about and try and remove the sound blocker, the worse it becomes. For me, the best thing to realize is that 'there is no spoon.' You have no vocal chords. You are making no sounds. You have no arms or legs. You just as easily may ahve tentacles, since they don't exist. From there, you realize that everything is purely based on your perception. So, just speak as if you are going to percieve sound. Don't think about talking. Just talk. You don't think about walking. You just do. And you expect to percieve your foot hitting the ground on the next step. |
