Stabilizing tips?
No matter what i do, in my dreams, every minute my dream starts to fade out. Screaming CLARITY NOW works for me, but some times it fade so fast, or sometimes everything is normal, then i close my eyes for a sec accidentally, then when i open my eyes everything is blurred and i wake up.
I do hand rub, i touch things, but nothing seems to work :/ every minute it starts to fade out...

The minute you get lucid it starts to fade? Or...?

I know the feeling. Sorry can't really offer any advice...just my experience of the same thing. In one of my last lucids I made an effort to stabilise properly and make sure everything was really vivid and stable before I did anything. Then I thought to myself "I could lose lucidity any moment and maybe not remember this later". The dream didn't last long and when I woke up I hardly remembered any of it. I was really annoyed because from what I remember thinking in the dream-it was quite vivid at the time.
I always rub my hands a lot and that seems to work to a certain extent but doesn't make everything super stable and vivid. Sorry can't give you any better advice!

I have exactly the same problem the minute I become lucid I see the corners start to fade and the blackness sort of pools in like water which takes a around minute untill I am completely blinded and I wake up. I have tried rolling on the ground ha which helps until I get up and go for a walk. Also tried spinning however the same happens when I set off to explore again. Going to try rubbing hands with with the verbal commands to see if that helps any other tips would be greatly apreciated.

I guess i'm in a similar position. I've become lucid now maybe 5 times, but have woken up almost instantly every time. So i don't really count that as lucid dreaming in my opinion (although technically i became lucid).
