I often become lucid enough to have a fair amount of control, but have a hard time remembering what it is I had planned on doing once acheiving lucidity. Does anyone have a good way of remembering thoughts/plans from waking life?

Are you doing RCs during the day, are these lucids DILDs? Try to recite your goals every single time that you RC. It'll become a habit and the first thing you'll think of when you become lucid is your dream goals. I also remind myself to stabilize when I RC IRL.
They are DILDs. I usually snap my fingers when I RC and think about what I'm trying to do. A lot of times I'll become lucid because of a dream sign so I often times don't even do an RC in a dream. I think I need to get in the habit of doing more RCs, perhaps that will help. I only RC when I think of dreaming, usually because something is so amazing or beautiful I can't believe it's real.
Oooh. I just read your thread on daily dream signs. I think that will help me a lot.
