      Failed Wild

I ended up trying another WILD last night, first I felt numbness in my left foot that slowly creeped up my body, then my left hand and my right foot and so on, then it kind of turned into a different weird feeling I can't describe, but moments later I felt my heart rate shoot through the roof and colors were flashing faintly through my eyes, and it was kind of hard to control them as well, it was an exhilerating experience! But it ended up going away. Are there any tips for the "transition?" I'm kind of new to lucid dreaming.
      Goals:
Have a Lucid [ ], Fly [ ], Do something physically impossible [ ], Dive deep in the ocean completely naked [ ], Live through something 100% fatal [ ], Get laid [ ], Shoot somebody [ ], Go to the center of the sun [ ], Literally eat a horse [ ], Have it rain cats and dogs for real [ ]

Firstly your post should go to WILD section.

      Now a kind of mantra:
      - if you do WBTB check the time - after at least 4.5h of sleep. Stay awake 10-30min. For some staying awake too long causes difficulties with coming back to sleep = more difficult getting the transition
      - position - some folks including me can't WILD on back. I can get to similar states as yours but nothing more on my back.
      - as you can read on some post in WILD section focusing too much on body sensations "anchorns" you in physical reality. Try different techniques. Just dig uot more on WILD section

As for me transition moment is hopelesly elusive for my memory. I do not have any SP just feel developing numbness, slightly loose my conscioussness and out of the blue see images tranforming into "3D" and find myself in the scene. When I was taking supplements ( Galantamine + Choline ) I was able to observe the very moment of transition with characteristic crack sound - I was starting with kinda OOBE. I don't recommend trying them (suppls) though if you can get so close.
