      and some times i know i'm dreaming and can't do anything about it.

      Sorry,
      When i dream they are ver blurry/fuzzy/staticky(spelling)
      And some time i relize(spelling) i'm dreaming but can't force my dreamself to do any thing other than follow the"plot" of the dream.

      As far as creating clarity, there are many things that people do, like yelling, "increase clarity!" or putting on glasses.

      If you feel carried along by the plot, and want to do something else, then just leave.

      Thanks, if i yell "increase clarity!" then i may unintentionally yell it in real life so i'll try the glasses.
