I hate it... I want it to stop
Hi everyone
I only come on here very occasionally...
but if you've ever read any of my posts
you will find the opposite of most on here
i have lucid dreams almost every night , and sleep paralysis is rarely not a part of my bedtime routine.. i really hate it and it scares me sooooo much ...
i just wanna find a way to stop it happening
if anyone has any ideas please let me know
its really ruining my nights lately
and disrupts my day after a very broken nights sleep
im willing to try anything...
usually i wake myself up from it after prolonged blinking... it usually works but its taking longer and longer now
