      I usually get stuck....

Now, I've had quite a few LD's... all DILDS... In all but one, I'm stuck in my bed. I'm laying on my right side, looking at the wall. For some reason, I can never get up, turn around or anything. I'm just laying in my bed. One time I had a false awakening... I was still lucid... I think I might've been able to get up from there and explore, but I just woke up...

      Any ideas?

How about switching to 3rd person? Feel for your body and feel/imagine it disintegrate, as if you were "teleporting". I can move my point of view around freely in 3rd person (like a camera in a movie), but the whole thing is kinda risky as it's hard to maintain clarity without being able to touch anything. To switch to first person from the third you (or at least I) need to find a DC. You control the DC with your thoughts for a while just as if it were videogame character (make it run up and down), then at one point when the character goes through a door or suddenly looks in a new direction you can find yourself in its place, and usually also with its body.

That's a good idea Point. I have this problem too-mainly when I take Galantamine because it makes me have SP (which I next to never get usually) and sort of turns it into more of a WILD-which I can't do naturally yet.
I get stuck with vibrations for ages and can't get up. When I eventually do get up it's all dark and I can hardly move around or control anything. Then I wake-up usually. It's pretty frustrating! I will try what you suggested though Point.

Yeah, I've run into this quite a few times. What seems to work best for me is the brute force approach. I just will myself, with everything I've got, to get out up and out of my bed. I've tried a multitude of other things, but that seems to work the best out of all of them.
