it was the most intresting thing...in My First Lucid too...
The D.C's were random people...and yet, in my dream, i changed all of their appearences to a uniform. They were unclothed. By using my awareness, I made them all naked...I wonder if this is odd for a First Lucid Dream...
For me, level of dream control tends to vary from dream to dream.

My first lucid dream was also a pretty long one and I was well aware I was dreaming.
My girlfriend had a lucid dream once and she made her puppy float with her mind.
Both those examples would require most people practice yet they were done on our firsts. A lot of my lucid dreams now are usually short which I'm working on and my girlfriend doesn't really practice.
I still think it could be good news that lucid dreaming may be easier for you than other people.
My advice to you: Don't read or believe things saying you can't do this or this happens every time you do that. That's what trips people up the most.
