I think it has to do with Sleep Paralysis. Sleep Paralysis tries to make you not move a lot, even in your dreams. So when you are doing things that involve a lot of force or movement in dreams, your body will persist. That's what I've heard anyway. |

For some reason when I get in dream fights my punches feel like I'm hitting my opponent with feathers. I'm still fast enough to avoid actually losing but not winning in my own dream is just as bad I think |

I don't usually have a problem like that in my dreams. I guess it helps if you've actually had training or have been in more than a few fights in RL. Or, you know, just watch a bunch of Kung Fu movies. |
