Apparently you're sleeping just fine until you become lucid and your mental response to that wakes you up. You get too excited, nervous or tense. You might not even be aware of it, but it still wakes you up. And now that it's happened to you a couple of times you've probably come to expect it too.
You need to have a few lucids with the right mental response so you get used to responding that way. I used to have the same kind of problem and for all the lucids that did wake me up right away there were a few in which I plain didn't worry about them ending or anything. Probably because I only had low lucidity in most of those, but they did last quite a lot longer and I learned from them what my response to dreams should be like in order not to wake up.
To put my experience into words: you shoudn't really respond at all. Just acknowledge that you're lucid and in a dream and get to working on whatever you want want to do (probably try stabilizing before doing other stuff).
Also, if you feel your real body it's probably the end for that dream. If you can focus on your dream surroundings while forgetting the feel of your body then you can stay in the dream. Usually the oposite happens. However, you could try to pull of a DEILD from there.
Well, last night I had an LD and had perfect control with flying and stuffs... Man I learnt tons in that dream :D. I can now fly with almost perfect control and can go SUPER fast :D
I didn't read the response before my dream but I realized it was because once I become lucid, it seems I need to stabilize myself. Thanks anyway <3
Well good luck in future lucids!
