Might be a weird question but how can i control myself to stay in a dream? I can normally control my DC's with out being lucid by just thinking it but when i become full lucid (doing a RC and start to control stuff) it starts to fade... |

Lucid Dreams: 22 (many more recently, I've stopped counting) (DILD: 20 --- DEILD: 2)
This is a fact: Anything and everything that is unrelated to elephants is irrelephant.
Thanks guys. gonna try to lucid tonight. |

The thing that always works for me is focusing on my "dream senses." Specifically, physical touch. So touching the walls or the ground usually helps a lot, and if I can't do that, rubbing my hands. It's brings my mind back to my dream body instead of my physicaly body and it stabilizes the dream. |

I often get lucid in the end of my dreams. And I guess you can't dream all night so I wake up pretty soon after that. Maybe it's the logical center of the brain starting to turn on before you wake up that makes you lucid. |
