dream spinning seems a little popular for those who get stoked at the fact that their dreaming. To those whom it may concern (if you try to use dream spinning and its crazy and sometimes doesnt work) as you must remember it is different for everyone, if you find yourself becomeing exited, make the situation more relaxing, or enjoyable if possible. for example if you just "poofed" a cupcake.. that seems quite amazing, but then not only make the cupcake, but enjoy the cupcake, eat it if you want. it works with the same thought that making a fear funny can sorta dampen it. just be aware of the moment and have fun!
