      finally flew !!

i finally had a flying lucid dream. this is how i did it - I ran really fast and just ran up into the air and started to fly. i didnt get very high though.

Next time i want to do it but get alot higher ( up in the clouds ).

how can i do that ??
and also through out the dream even when i was on the ground everything started to go blurry a couple of times, how can i stop that happening ??

To fly high just imagine your body accending higher, really believe and expect that you are gunna fly higher. Except the fact that there is no such thing as gravity in the dream world and just take off

And to stop the dream from getting blurry or fading just rub your hands together, this should stabalize the dream

Congratulations! Remember that when you're flying, you have to be aware of your surroundings and your intended destination if you're looking to land/go somewhere, or else your dream will eventually become nothing but you flying in blackness and you'll wake up. Good luck!

Congratulations on your flying. My suggestion to you is learn to relax whether you are in your dreams or not. FLying is truly effortless. Don't try too had or do anything to far beyond your ease level. If its not easy then enjoy the moment and what you have until it is. Many times when I have been flying and got stuck this I would hang out fly in gentle circles and when I stopped I seemed to float higher on my own; not even trying.

The most important thing is to believe that you can fly. I personally find it extremely difficult to let go of my waking beliefs so I'll be 100 feet in the air and panic because I know it's impossible and come crashing down

As for getting higher just imagine that gravity is reversed and you are being pulled into the sky. Unless of course like me your mind says "well that's dumb, time to crash!"

Well my method for flying that works amazing is: The more you flex your left ankle, the higher you go. Moving your left leg controls direction and speed(the more you move your leg in a direction the fast you will go) and then you just turn by turning.

Why it got blurry was because you got destabilized. Heres a brand new tutorial on what to do to stabilize your dreams when they become blurry or faded. CLICK THIS

Oh and also to help with the flying(and just about anything else you want to do in-dream) you need to say aloud to yourself "This is my dream. I am IN CONTROL. I control EVERYTHING. None of this is real and i can do ANYTHING i want!"

Without getting rid of your real life thoughts on things (ie: Flying is impossible, you cant go through solids, etc.) it will be difficult to do things in the dream that would otherwise be impossible while you are awake.

Sorry to correct you, but that causes problems specifically with flying in a lucid. That's a good suggestion for coming up with new ideas, but not for flying in a lucid. I refer you to my earlier post.

if it gets blurry, you should also try to make an enviroment. everything in a dream needs your permission to exist. if you don't focus on an object, it disappears.
