Sounds like to need to...how do I saw this...re-enforce or re-solidify the dream body. You need to turn your attention away from your real body and project your identity onto a fixed symbol in the dream. |

so, the few times i've actually gone lucid, i notice a problem that i can't get over. i realize im lucid, try to calm myself down, and once i am calm enough to move around, the moment i move, i can feel my actual body start to move. i stop moving immediately, and just kind of stand there awkwardly, seeing if it will go away. it never does, and then i just go back to either regular nonlucid, or i wake up. any tips or tricks to help me out? |

The evening hangs beneath the moon, a silver thread on darkened dune.
With closing eyes and resting head; I know that sleep is coming soon.
Upon my pillow, safe in bed,
A thousand pictures fill my head,
I cannot sleep , my mids aflight;
and yet my limbs seems made of lead. ---Whitacre's Sleep---

Maybe you do not actually feel your physical body and you just think that you do, LD's can be very decieving sometimes. I once thought that when I was in a LD, that one of my physical eyes actually opened up, and made the dream end lol. Mybe this helps, maybe it does not, I am not GOD. |
