First attempt at Lucid dreaming ever 70 percent success. Alright well yesterday I started reading about lucid dreaming and I read alot about it and I was thinking about it alot before going to sleep. Sometime in the night in my dream I got a text message or something like that and I instantly knew I was dreaming. So I tried the dream spinning technique to go into a sexual scenario (lol) and I remember getting a boner and trying to visualise sex. It wasn't what I thought it would be and I think because I was high on marijuana the earlier night my lucid dreaming suffered because of it. Or is it simply because I don't have enough practise. And how are you supposed to dream spin for me I just pretend im spinning and it started to actually feel like it in the dream.

To dream spin, just spin round in the dream. Marijuana is well-known to be detrimental to lucid dreaming attempts (while you're high). Lots of people have said it.
