How to stop eyes from twitching/moving!?

Ok, so when I lay down to try to go to sleep, go into SP, LD whatever, my eyes are uncomfortable and want to move. Is this signals my body is sending to see if i'm awake? Or is it just my eyes being stupid?
Like it feels as if the eyelashes are all screwed up, and the eyelids are uncomfortable or something.
HELP!?

This happens to me all the time. My eyes either want to open, or feel uncomfortable, or something screws up with them. When you are going to sleep, get your eyes comfortable. You may have to blink a lot before you can close them comfortably. Then, if they start to become a problem while you are trying to get to sleep, focus on your breathing instead.

First of all, Don' think that your eyes are twitching or moving. Go to sleep peacefully and keep out all your frustrations, tensions outside your sleep. Take a healthy diet, avoid a junk food due to which you become restless and eyes twitcher. Go through some meditation before you go to sleep. Try to take a good sleep.
