Just believe that the dream world is real. |

ive had quite a few lucid dreams that usually dont last very long but theyre getting longer as i practice. anyway, the problem im facing now is that when i enter a lucid dream i can feel my body in my bed and it gets increasingly harder to move until i wake up. last night i noticed i was dreaming and it was starting to become unstable. i heard that if you yell clarity or something like that it is supposed to help stabilize and it worked but i could only semi open one eye in the dream. as i kept trying to open that eye to see in the dream i opened my eyes in real life and woke up. turns out i couldnt open my eye because it was buried in the pillow. aaanyway, any tips in how to leave my physical body to actually explore my dreams? |

Leaving your body is Beyond Dreaming material. But if you want my advice, "rolling" out of bed or just letting your body float may help. |
