      Sudden loss of control

      Hello everyone,

I am new on this forum but not new to lucid dreaming.

I have always had an excellent grasp of control on lucid deaming and been able to fully differentiate dream world from waking world.

Recently, I have vivid, upsetting dreams in which I cannot get control. I wake weary and ravaged from my dreams and unsettled from the lack of ability to take control in them. The longer this goes on, the more difficult it becomes for me to make clear lines between dream/waking worlds.

Has this happened to anyone else before? thanks.

Overall, you have to believe in your dreaming abilities. It's your dream, YOU have the power. Loosen up, don't think too hard. Just DO it.

There are other possibilities if even THAT doesn't work. Ask a DC for help, and ASSUME that they will be able to help you. Whether it's to learn how to fly-or just ask them for advice as to how, that should get you flyin even without listening, or some special ability, anything. For flying you could fall off of something high, then fly, that may work.

      Any more specifics?
If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

The most important thing is that in your dreams and waking life to be calm about things, if you're stressed while dreaming or awake it will really impact your control. And like LDS said, BELIEVE!
