im having trouble leaving my body

ive had quite a few lucid dreams that usually dont last very long but theyre getting longer as i practice. anyway, the problem im facing now is that when i enter a lucid dream i can feel my body in my bed and it gets increasingly harder to move until i wake up. last night i noticed i was dreaming and it was starting to become unstable. i heard that if you yell clarity or something like that it is supposed to help stabilize and it worked but i could only semi open one eye in the dream. as i kept trying to open that eye to see in the dream i opened my eyes in real life and woke up. turns out i couldnt open my eye because it was buried in the pillow. aaanyway, any tips in how to leave my physical body to actually explore my dreams?

Just believe that the dream world is real.
Just repeat, "I am in my dream, the real world means nothing anymore." or, "This is my real body."

Leaving your body is Beyond Dreaming material. But if you want my advice, "rolling" out of bed or just letting your body float may help.

This wouldn't be beyond dreaming, I'm talking about in the dream I feel my real body which is giving me trouble controlling the lucid dream
