Seroquil definitely doesn't help. |

I am fairly new to LD (joined in June and have tried to practice faithfully) and I have yet to remember more dreams per night than just one. I have my paper and pen right next to me and by the time I grab it and wake up enough to write in it, my dream memory goes away. I can recall just a sentence or two of the dream. I want to remember more, but I think my insomnia medication is killing my dream journals and the memories to jot my dreams down. Any insight for me? Thanks in advance. |

Have you tried tossing the meds and take up a gym? or jogging before bed time? |

I actually have tried to go to the gym or go for a walk about 8pm and go to bed between 9-11pm. Not sure how long before bedtime I should exercise, but I'll try it again. |

I found waking during the night few times helps my dream recall. Set alarm after 4-5 hours of sleep, you probably won't remember anything at this point so fall asleep back again and put alarm to wake you after 30m-1h again and then finally fall asleep. Do this only if you don't have hard time falling back to sleep . |

Moody's been telling me she's been doing it religiously for the past while. |
