      Can you snap your fingers?

For those of us with a flair for the dramatic, the ability to snap your fingers during a dream is an essential form of dream control. Snap your fingers and make something (or someone) appear (or disappear) to the shock and amazement of your DC audience. Show your contempt for an enemy by yawning and snapping your fingers - leading to their ultimate defeat.

Unless you can't. In a world where you can press a finger through your palm as a reality check, these things don't always work.

So, who can snap their fingers? I know I can't.

I pick up a half-eaten copy of a book by Neil Gaiman, and decide this is all his fault.

I'm gonna have to experiment with this. Although, instead of summoning and erasing, I'm thinking large explosions would be more appropriate.

Michael Westen as the devil of Little Dominica anyone?

Wow!!!I used this technique last night in my lucid dream to control things and it worked!!!Anyways it was more like an intuitive thing since I didn't know there is such a method. But during the dream it suddenly occurred to me that it might work and it did

This has been a long-time control technique of mine. So far, it works for...

      Teleporting
Summoning clothes (when I realise I'm naked)
      Summoning other objects
