The Computer Class Dream

I mentioned here elsewhere about my surgery some years ago and how I have trouble remembering
complete dreams since then. This dream I had very soon after surgery before I was tested to get back
my driver's license. For a year and a half I was not allowed to drive and this is reflected in my dream.

My wife and I were going to a computer class, but it was not at work it was at the home of the lady who
gave those classes at our office. She was a real person that we each knew and to go there we went in a
cab. When we arrived we all were given something to eat and it was like a little dinner party. Then we all
went to their family room and there were PCs set up all around for everyone to use. Of course, in reality
she did give computer classes but only at the office. After the class was over we all talked a minute and
then everyone left. We were going to call a cab again, but her grown son was there and he graciously
asked if he could take us home and so he did.

A few weeks later I had recovered enough to go back to my work, and eventually I got to talk to the
lady who gave those computer classes and we talked and I told her about my dream and how her
son took us back home. At that point I laughed and told her that I did not even know if she had a son,
but she looked at me real serious and told me that she did, and he was about the age of the young guy
that I dreamed drove us home.

It all made an impression on me and so I still remember this dream from at least 12 years ago.
