Frequently having dreams in which I am extremely angry and annoyed at the people around me.

Over the last month or two, I've had about 5-6 dreams in which I get extremely angry at someone and start yelling at them. Each time I have this sort of dream, it's always someone different, but, most of the time, it's someone I'm very close to.

When it first happened, I thought maybe I was angry at the particular person, but, since then, it's happened 4 or 5 more times and each time at a different person. When I wake up, I don't feel an ounce of anger, and, for the most part, I'm not really angry at any of those people as they are usually my close friends/family.

I just shrugged it off initially, but had another one last night, and thought I'd share. I'm not really sure what I'd expect from this topic. I guess I'm just concerned that I actually do have some unresolved anger issues buried deep down, and that they may grow and become more than just the occasional dream. I don't know if the dreams mean anything, I just don't want to become an angry person 6 months from now and, instead, would prefer to try and fix it now (if there is a problem to be fixed).

I think it's possible you could have unresolved anger issues- but not necessarily! if it is, though, one thing to keep in mind is that just because you have a dream that involves a particular person, the "issue" may not be with that person at all. there may be some similarity between the person you dream about, and the person you actually have a problem with. however it COULD just be that you are stressed; in times of stress you may have dreams like this.
