Not sure if this should be in recurring dreams or here, but...

I'm not sure if this should be in recurring dreams or here, but I do want it interpreted I suppose. It's not actually a specific dream I've had, or any recurring dream, but more of a recurring theme in many dreams I have, whether they're lucid or regular.

I frequently have dreams where something bad is happening, often something life-threatening, and I am always the only one worried. For example, once a serial killer with a knife was in my house and stabbed me. My family was so unworried, I couldn't even get them to call the police for me. They said I was overreacting. Another time attackers were coming after me and some random dream characters, but I was the only one who felt the need to run. Once a giant, evil, man-eating wolf was attacking and I basically had to force my family to hide so they wouldn't get killed by it.

It just seems to happen a lot. I did think to use it as a dream sign, but I still wonder what it means. I guess it could be the obvious: My best guess is either my subconscious is telling me to stop worrying so much (completely possible) or it could be some kind of representation that the people around me are ignoring problems? That one also seems very possible. Maybe both?

Anyway, I'm not new here but I almost never post, I occasionally lurk though. This awesome site is the main thing that got mean into lucid dreaming and taught me about it and all. :) So, just tell me what your thoughts on this are, if you need any more info just ask.
