A continual dream about a girl.

My name is Brian Shults, age 16. I live in boring indiana where there is nothing to do but look at cornfields and go to wal-mart.

Sooo... I keep having a dream about this girl named courtney, I am indeed very attracted to her and she says she likes me too but I am not one to believe this for I am ignored alot when around her. These dreams are a little fuzzy seeing how I quit taking my dream journal and it's been a good 2 months since I've last been on this site.

My first dream, Oct 8th. I was walking outside barefoot running around my back yard and I layed down and looked at the stary daylight I go inside to walk into my room which had nothing but my bed which was out of place in the middle of the room sitting on the floor with no framework or anything. Courtney was laying in the bed dressed under the cover and lay down next to her and start flirting, in this dream I do not do anything dirty but after a brief amount of flirting with courtney I kiss her and my friend seth is floating in mid air behind me telling me that I am kissing her wrong and starts to give advice and I reply with "I know, but I never doing anything with Courtney anyways so this is like a dream to me(irony)" then courtney said "I would do more with you if he... then I woke up. I will write my second dream below. In the course of two days I have had 4 about her. I never think about her before I go to bed or anything, thats one of the ways to set a subject for your dream isn't it? Oh I do suffer from a mild form or insomnia. I tend to wake up alot during the night. Thank you for your help

I don't understand why I keep having it. Like I never think about her before I go to bed and I'm just not sure what it means.. Like my dream recall was shit but I can remember every dream these past two/three days.

Well, lots of thoughts are bumping around in your head during sleep, so it isn't very surprising this one would turn up more often since you like her.

Well.. I think that its odd to have dreams about people so I don't like to.. So I guess this is a worthless thread. Lets have a moderator delete this?

The best I believe you can do is have it locked. I think threads are only delete it if it is absolutely necessary. With this, I don't think it is necessary.

BTW, just a quick idea, maybe you could try to move forward with the relationship...? *hinthint*

Hey Silence, these kind of dreams are quite normal. I would suggest just enjoying them, and feeling more comfortable with the idea of dream intimacy. I know it just makes real life harder, like after waking and "she" has gone, but once you're used to it both dreams and real life will feel good.
